Wondering about insurance:
At this time, we can direct bill to Medavie Blue Cross, Alberta Blue Cross and Green Shield. For all other insurance plans or extended health benefits, we are happy to provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company if reimbursement is an option for you.
Cancellation policy
Life happens, so it’s ok if you need to change your appointment. Please cancel or reschedule your booked session with at least 24 hours of anticipation, otherwise you will be charged full amount for the missed appointment.

60 minute in-person or online session:
- 50-minutes counseling + 10 minutes notes.

FREE 15 Minute Meet & Greet

Sliding scale
In order to make mental health services more accessible and affordable; I offer a sliding scale to adjust the hourly session fees based on my client’s financial circumstances. If you are concerned about the cost of psychological services, please do not hesitate to contact me, and see if there are any affordable options available for your needs.
